good question; i am also curious; I'm guessing it is not a bag upgrade anymore, as they changed the inventory system; it is probably a +5 inventory upgrade, but I'm not sure; do you notice a difference?
ftr, you get inventory upgrade, steed and riding skill for all characters, currency cap removal
