LOTRO Fan Site

So I've been stuck on the Road to the Lonely Mountain quest for some time, I took it off the tracker for a while and did some deeding and leveling and came back to it to see if I could figure it out. The problem is that neither Legolas nor Boromir are in the Guest Rooms. The min map prompts me to go there to advance the quest (the ring symbol, flashing label beneath the mini map, everything) but I can only see Aragorn and Gimli. I've already talked to Glorfindel. This is a level 20 quest and I'm level 29. I'm sure there's a simple solution I'm just not getting, but I would appreciate any help or suggestions :)
